Range of Manufacturing
RVS Meccanica is specialised in manufacturing of mechanical precision parts especially by milling. For the production and manufacturing of the single parts we are using several horizontal and vertical- CNC milling machines (with multi-pallet-system and 5 axle control) and universal milling-machines with 3 to 4 axles. All parts are processed on these machines.
- Oil-Dynamic Components
Commonly called “Block”, these parts are used in the mechanical engineering for energy transmission via fluids under pressure, especially by hydraulic oil. - Electro-Mechanical Components
Manufacturing of mechanical components, which are processed in connection with electrical parts to electro technical assemblies. They are in use in several branches, especially in motor construction. - Medical Components
The developed mechanical applications are the basis of the construction of hightec plants for the survey of the field of vision of patients. - Components for Bicycles and Motorbikes

By our working centers with 3, 4 and 5 axles the manufacturing of mechanical prototypes is very fast and precise. The used materials can be very different, as for example aluminum, brass, iron, plastics or steel etc.

Quality Control
RVS Meccanica s.r.l. is, thanks to its qualified and trained personnel, capable of the performance of necessary quality control on each part manufactured in house and to issue the required certificates. The control of tolerances and fits is made by hand or by a 3 axle coordinate measuring machine made by Mitutoyo and a tool changer by Renishaw.

The parts RVS Meccanica manufactures, the expectations of the market and the opportunities of new orders which present themselves daily, require a permanently increasing quality and a configuration with technical data sheets of high informative value (technical/informative). That is why RVS always held the certification to ISO 9001:2008 and a certified environmental management
